This guide is for suppliers who are invited to access documents published via eSourcing Scotland. eSourcing Scotland is a suite of electronic procurment tools which includes an electronic tender system. eSourcing Scotland is a secure, remotely hosted system. This guide refers to "request for proposal" which should be taken as meaning both Pre-qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Invitations to Tender (ITT).
