The eProcurement Scotl@nd service (ePS) has come along way since the first live transaction on 25th March 2002. Since then all 8 of the first phase buying organisations have successfully implemented theservice. Others are now following, gaining greatly from the work done during the first year of the programme.
The aim of eProcurement Scotl@nd is to be the system of choice for the public sector in Scotland and therefore the only system which suppliers need to join in order to do business with any public sector organisation in Scotland. This differentiates eProcurement Scotl@nd from any other offering in the market.
