Three half-day knowledge sharing seminars 7th and 8th December 2005, Carlton Highland Hotel, Edinburgh
The Scottish Procurement Directorate, the Office of Government Commerce Buying Solutions (OGCBS) and VISA will jointly host three half-day knowledge sharing seminars to assist you and your organisation to establish or further develop your procurement card programme.
The interesting and varied agendas will cover:
- Establishing p-card programmes, and best practice implementation;
- Negotiated discounts with retailers and major brands put in place for the GPC by OGCBS;
- Assisting you to meet your Efficient Government savings targets;
- Automated upload and reconciliation of p-card files (GPC template for upload onto finance systems);
- Technology : e-procurement, back-office reconciliation; and
- Question and answer - panel of experts
