Perth and Kinross Council went Live on 2 November 2007
At their Go Live date, Perth and Kinross Council had enabled 37 users and 9 suppliers. Users included Chief Executives, Coporate Services and Education & Children's Services. Office supplies, catering equipment and meeting room/hospitality suppliers were in the first batch of suppliers enlisted in the service.
The next phase sees a focus on reducing paper ordering, and during this phase they will also expand the number of users to include all requisitioners in the initial user teams. They are working with others in the Tayside Procurement Consortium to adopt a common approach to shared suppliers.
