EU Procurement Directive Training
The National Procurement Centre of Expertise is sponsoring training on the EU Public Procurement Directive to be held in Edinburgh during April or May 2008. There will be two courses; Introduction to EU Public Procurement Directive Training; and, Refresher/Update on EU Public Procurement Directives, each lasting one day.
- The Introduction course will be designed for staff who are required to understand and comply with the Directives but have little or no previous experience and knowledge.
- The Refresher/Update course will provide information on current changes/developments in case law and topical subjects e.g. Competitive Dialogue to those staff who are experienced in working to the Legislation.
The courses will be open to all public sector staff in Scotland and attendance will be free of charge. Places are limited and allocated on a 'first come, first served basis'.
