Angus Council went live on 24 January 2008
Another Council joins the Public Sector bodies using ePS. Going live in January they created orders with Lyreco and Spectrum. They kicked off with 95 users entered onto PECOS, 40 live users and 7 adopted suppliers. And they all celebrated by eating cake.
