13 September 2006 - This Conference will raise some of the issues around the requirement for change and provide delegates with some thought-provoking views on the need for, and management of, change in procurement in the public sector. Delegates should end the Conference with a deeper appreciation of the current issues facing procurement staff in Scotland today.
